3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user may hold only one active account on 7zbd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false details may result in the immediate termination of your account without compensation.

KYC Verification

7zbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with applicable regulations and to protect the integrity of our platform. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Security

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 7zbd reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7zbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL. All bonuses are subject to their respective terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may only be used on eligible games and markets as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, or IP address is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud.
• 7zbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in circumstances where promotional abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period and will expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7zbd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, or using the 7zbd platform as a conduit for transferring, concealing, or disguising funds of illicit origin.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to accrue winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property
